What is a project?
A project is essentially a sub-account you can use to differentiate and manage multiple brands, e.g. local country shops. Each project has separate data.
What is a redemption?
A redemption is a processed transaction that takes place when the reward is redeemed (as a discount) or assigned to the customer (as loyalty points).
Do you have a trial period?
Yes — 30 days to use your production account and resign before the period ends with no payment. If you need more time for integration, we're happy to give you a discount on the payment plan.
Do you offer any discounts?
We run promo management software, so of course. You get 10% off when you pay annually, plus a referral bonus of 20% monthly revenue for every new client you recommend.
